SLA-aware ticket queue

Status workflow, priority matrix from urgency × impact, per-org ticket numbering, and SLA timers that turn red before they breach.

Asset tracking, treated as a peer

Every laptop, monitor, server, license, and peripheral gets a tag, status, owner, and location. Open a ticket against an asset and see its full history forever.

AI-assisted triage

A small heuristic engine reads each new ticket and suggests category, priority, and a routing target — with a confidence score, a one-line rationale, and one-tap apply.

Offline-first PWA

Agents on-site keep working through dead zones. Tickets, comments, and asset edits sync the moment the bars come back. Installs to home screen on iOS and Android.

Microsoft Entra SSO, per-org

Native Microsoft sign-in scoped to your Entra tenant. JIT user provisioning, allowed-domain enforcement, optional SSO-only mode for security-conscious orgs.

Role-aware by design

Five roles — super admin, admin, agent, end user, viewer. End users see their tickets, agents work the queue, admins manage everything. Firestore rules enforce it.
